HOW TO ORDER

​1. Click on the product that you like.

 

2. Choose the "quantity" and/or "sizes" (if available). Then click the "Add to Cart" button to add it to your cart.

3. Go back to other products to continue shopping, OR click on "view cart" when you are ready to checkout.

​

4. Review your order details and place any requests in the "Add a note" field. If you have a discount code, enter it in the "Enter a Promo Code".  Click "checkout" to proceed with your order.

5. Complete the Shipping Details form, then click your preferred Delivery Method.

​

6. Click "Payment". We accept credit card payment via Paypal, and/or BDO deposits/fund transfer. For bank deposit/transfer, please send us a photo of proof of deposit on one of the following: viber or email it at hellol@myholly.co. **COD or CASH ON DELIVERY is now back after halting the service for a while, but is only available within Metro Manila for items with a total of PhP500 and below, inclusive of the shipping fee.

7. Then click "Place Order", to finalize your order.

8. Check your email account for the order confirmation. We will also email you a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
